Shipping Terms

All orders through the website currently ship via USPS, if you need another shipping method, please email orders@jkdevices.com with the details of your order and the requested shipping method. If you need a tracking number or have a time sensitive shipment, please pick the appropriate shipping method.  We can not guarantee shipping times of USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail and are not responsible to shipments that take longer than expected during transit.

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day.  You will be notified if you order will require longer than 3 business days to ship.  We do ship out on Saturday if shipment is via USPS, but the cutoff time is 11:00am Central Time.

Shipping charges may include a handling charge.  This helps cover the cost of packaging.

You will be notified when you package has been shipped and a tracking number will be given to you if available.  USPS First Class mail is the default shipping method unless otherwise specified.  In most cases a tracking number is not provided with USPS First Class mail shipments.

Most orders orders over $20 will have the option to ship via First Class mail for free.  Free shipping applies to most countries.  If your shipment does not qualify for free shipping because of weight or certain country, you will be contacted with alternate shipping methods.  JK Devices may select an alternative shipping method at its discretion.  A tracking number may not be available for the Free Shipping method.  Orders under $20 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $2.00 and will also shipped with the same terms as the Free Shipping method.

International Shipping

International Shipping transit times are not guaranteed.  Any shipping transit time you see on this site is an estimate only.  Many international shipments take longer than the estimated time due to customs.  We have no control over how long a shipment will take to clear customs.  Most international shipments will not have a tracking number unless they are shipped via Express Mail or UPS.  If your shipment is time sensitive, please contact us and we can advise you on the correct shipping method.  We do our best to make sure your shipment arrives intact and on time but we have not control of what happens once it enters the postal system.
